Electrical Inspection Condition Reports

EICR Testing

We provide condition reports for domestic and commercial properties and provide landlord EICR testing.

What are condition reports?

Electrical inspection condition reports are required by law for rental properties and commercial buildings to ensure the safety of electrical installations.

Homeowners aren’t legally required to have condition reports but landlords are.

How often do I need a condition report?

Businesses and landlords are recommended to get condition reports once every five years. Electrical installations can age, and therefore the safety of the installations can reduce over time.

While homeowners are not required by law to have condition reports, it is recommended they have a condition report carried out once every ten years for their own safety and security.
